Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment 
confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your 
order has been processed and is being prepared for shipment.

DELIVERY TIME
All FrostRecover products ship directly from our U.S. 
manufacturing and distribution partners. Standard delivery time 
is 15–30 business days from the date your order is processed. 
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, 
product customization, and current order volume.

SHIPPING COSTS
Free shipping is included on all orders within the continental 
United States. No hidden fees, no surprises at checkout.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with 
tracking information so you can follow your delivery in real 
time. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 
business days of your order being processed, please contact us at 
hello@frostrecover.shop.

DELIVERY METHOD
Due to the size and weight of our products, most orders are 
delivered via freight carrier. You may be contacted directly by 
the carrier to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure 
someone is available to receive the delivery, as freight carriers 
typically require a signature.

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
White-glove delivery, including placement and basic setup 
assistance, may be available for an additional fee depending on 
your location. Contact us at hello@frostrecover.shop before 
placing your order if you'd like to inquire about this service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. For 
international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly at 
hello@frostrecover.shop for a personalized quote and estimated 
delivery time.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your item arrives 
visibly damaged, refuse the delivery if possible and contact us 
immediately at hello@frostrecover.shop with photos of the damage. 
If you've already accepted the delivery, contact us within 7 days 
with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly — see our Refund 
Policy for full details.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. 
FrostRecover is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to 
an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If 
you need to update your address after placing an order, contact 
us immediately at hello@frostrecover.shop — we'll do our best to 
update it before the order ships.
